心得:
就是本心靈雞湯XD 雖然我覺得有些部分很賣弄文藻跟玩文字繞圈圈。就是篇幅有點長不太好懂，然後懂了發現明明可以用簡短一點的話說就好XD
不過有些話還是滿適合鼓勵一下自己的~
我自己沒辦法看太久這種正向的書，大概看了三四天才看完。
